St. Crimson Black Mead
Made from pressed black currants and New York State Honey, St. Crimson is wild-fermented for a full year in oak here at Honey’s. Delightfully drinkable, this tart and juicy off-dry mead can be enjoyed alone, or as the base of negroni or spritz cocktail.
St. Crimson is unfiltered. Each slender glass bottle is silkscreened in-house and sealed with glass cork. Produced in a limited edition.
